No, that is not a typo.

In fact, it's the name of a soon-to-be-released report from Topline Strategy Group and commercial solar dealer Sunlight Electric.

To become significant, the solar industry will need to cut non-equipment costs and make it simpler to install and use solar power.

That's the key. Now I get why there's a parallelism between the article and what S is doing.
